Tips for looking after yourself


We only have one body and we are going to be in it for the rest of our lives so it’s a good idea to treat it well.

Here are some ways you can be kind to yourself and your body;

  • Remember to eat regularly as this can help clear your head and improve your mood.
  • Remember not eating can actually put you in a bad mood.
  • Listen to your body and eat when you feel hungry.
  • Fuel your body with a variety of foods
  • Eating 5 small regular meals a day is often better than 3 big meals
  • Keep a regular sleep pattern
  • Exercise regularly
  • Make a time to chill out each week
